Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange
To exchange their orders, our customers are first and foremost, required to contact our customer care team, who will then guide them throughout the process which is, the customers are requested to send their parcels back to our sales facility centre. After doing so, they are required to send us a picture the courier receipt as evidence.
After verifying the details, Elegancia will then send the article that the customer wants in exchange.
The exchange policy is only applicable in case:
- the product you received is damaged; or
- the product has some manufacturing fault; or
- there is a size issue; or you want a different color or a different product, altogether.
The product you intend to exchange should be unused, any indication otherwise, would prompt us to deny your request. Depending on where you live and stock availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Standard time for exchange is 4-5 days as shipping process is involved.
Returns
We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged.
Shipping
To return/exchange your product, you should courier your product to the advised store/warehouse in your respective region. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
